The Human Latitude Diagnostic™
You hired their brilliance. You’re getting their compliance. That gap is costing you.
The Ladder taught your people to notice. This is the part where you find out what is actually being noticed, what it is worth, and where in your organisation it is going missing.
These four instruments do not measure how people feel. They measure what happens to a person’s unique read between the moment they have it and the moment somebody could have used it.
The Identity Audit
Finds the thing that is genuinely theirs, and names who has been operating it for them. Individual, private, twenty minutes. Nothing else works without it.
The Self-Outsourcing Scorecard
Measures where the fire is dying, which of the four causes is doing it, and what the conditions in your rooms are actually doing to it. This is the diagnostic, and it works at three levels: individual, team, organisation.
The Micro-Compliances Checklist
Counts the actual reps being run in an ordinary working week. This is the evidence, and it is the one that changes minds in the room.
The Leader Conversation Guide
One-to-ones, feedback and reviews, rebuilt so that judgement survives contact with a manager. This one is where the cost stops.
How to run it
- Individually first. Instruments one to three are private. If people think their answers are going into a report, you will get the managed version and the whole exercise measures nothing.
- Aggregate only at section level. Never at statement level, and never with names attached. The section totals are what you need; the statements are what makes people lie.
- Leaders do all four. Instrument four is not optional for anybody who runs people. It is the one with the leverage.
- Re-score at ninety days. Not thirty. Anything that moves in a month was mood, not pattern.
